What RAM do you need to upgrade the N220 to 2gb?
The official specifications note the following:

• System Memory 1GB (DDR2 / 1GB x 1)
• Memory Slot 1 x SODIMM

So like all previous Samsung Netbooks, only 1gb of RAM is supplied. This is actually fine for most owners, however given the current low prices of RAM the 2gb upgrade is something that you might want to do anyway. Sooner or later your N220 will be thankful that it has the extra room to play with!
